Ingredients
- 8 pieces tilapia, boneless
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 cup unbleached white flour
- 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, and 2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise.1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 large egg, 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
