Easy and Quick Marinated Tomatoes with Garlic

Ingredients
- 2 lb cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 handful fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Remove the vine of 2 pounds of tomatoes, if they have it. Wash and put into a medium sized bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- Add 1 tablespoon of salt (I use sea salt.)
- Mince 4 garlic cloves and add to the tomatoes.
- Chop a handful of fresh dill and add.
- Mix all together.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, (24 hours will give it more flavor).
