How to Make a Tropical Green Juice Quickly

Juices and smoothies are always my go-to. They fill you up with benefits and all you have to do is choose which produce you want! In the sunshine state, it’s really all you need to feel hydrated and feel full and good. But if you are not in a hot, humid place, the flavors of this juice will get you one step closer.

Juice is a great way to start your morning. Fresh and organic produce can prepare your stomach and fill it with nutrients before you have any food. Those nutrients will go right in and do their job! They also can help to detox and help to cleanse your body of harmful toxins.

  • Juicer


  • 1 apple
  • 2 cups pineapple, frozen or fresh
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4-5 leaves kale
  • 1 small bunch cilantro


  • Prepare all ingredients and run through your juicer.
  • Alternatively you can blend ingredients with a little water in a blender and strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
