How to Make a Pineapple Cilantro Smoothie Dairy Free

Start your day off with this dairy-free Pineapple Smoothie with Cilantro for an ultimate energy boost in your day!

Both cilantro and pineapple aid digestion and boost the immune system.
Cilantro has become one of my favorite herbs due to its health benefits such as fighting infections and detoxing the body.

You can use a milk alternative, but to make this pineapple cilantro smoothie dairy-free, use coconut milk and water. Not only will it help make your skin glow, but it also will help in fighting the bloated and sluggish feeling that you mgiht get  from ingesting some dairy products.

The taste of this smoothie is so satisfying. The kale is a great superfood addition, but it’s not overpowering! The taste of this drink makes me think of torquise water, palm trees, and fresh tropical air.
