Cilantro has become one of my favorite herbs due to its health benefits such as fighting infections and detoxing the body.
You can use a milk alternative, but to make this pineapple cilantro smoothie dairy-free, use coconut milk and water. Not only will it help make your skin glow, but it also will help in fighting the bloated and sluggish feeling that you mgiht get from ingesting some dairy products.
The taste of this smoothie is so satisfying. The kale is a great superfood addition, but it’s not overpowering! The taste of this drink makes me think of torquise water, palm trees, and fresh tropical air.

Smoothies are so great when y on the go or a quick pick me up, because all you need to do is gather all the ingredients and place them in a blender.

Then blend till smooth, and enjoy!

CAN I USE FRESH FRUIT?
Yes! Frozen fruit is just always available but I have tried it with fresh fruit and its all still bursting with a delicious taste.

Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen pineapple
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup cilantro leaves, tightly packed
- ½ lime, freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions

- Taste and add some extra lime if desired.
