- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 2½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl: 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 Tablespoon of sugar, 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds, and 2 1/2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
Whisk together. Let it stand for 5 minutes before using (so the poppy seeds can moisten up.)
Enjoy! If you don’t like it too sweet, add less sugar, but I found that 1 Tablespoon was just perfect, since the vinegar gives a tangy taste.
