Do you ever have those days where you are craving something spicy? I know I do, and today is the day. Spicy food can be healthy food, too. It’s interesting to me how some people have a higher tolerance level for spicy foods than others. Siblings differ here, too. It’s been shown that the more you eat spicy foods, the more you eventually can manage.

Capsaicin is the component found in chili peppers that gives us the spicy, burning sensation. It supports your metabolism by increasing the proportion of heat that your body makes, which in turn helps you to brun more calories each day. Some might get side effects from capsaicin like hiccups, which happens with some of my relatives.

Overall, spicy food is super common in many cultures and you shouldn’t miss out on it – even if your tolerance on it is low. This recipe has a No-Guilt Dipping Sauce which cools your mouth after the buffalo cauliflower spice hits!

What do I need to make this healthy and homemade cauliflower?
