In my opinion, juicing is the best way to start your day. Before breakfast, pull out some produce and run it through the juicer (or blend and strain). It prepares your stomach for food in the morning and introduces fresh produce in the beginning of your day.

The ingredients in this juice are hand-picked for their flavor, how they mix well together, and their benefits. Celery and cucumbers start you off with a solid base, then we add green apples for their tartness, then limes, mint, and ginger for that extra flavor boost. All of these ingredients pull together to make the perfect morning juice!

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 medium bunch mint
  • 2 inch piece ginger
  • 5 stalks celery

Instructions

  • Run all ingredients through a juicer or alternatively blend all ingredients in a blender with a little water and strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
