- 2 ripe avocados, mashed
- 4 small tomatoes, chopped
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Mash the avocado in a small bowl.
Chop 4 small tomatoes then stir into the bowl with avocado.
Add the rest of the ingredients, a pinch of salt, 2 garlic cloves minced, juice from 1/2 a lemon, and 3 Tablespoons of sour cream.
Give it all a good stir and enjoy!
