Other than hemp seeds and beets, its combined with:

Fruits: bananas and strawberries

Liquid: orange juice, coconut water (or water), and coconut milk (or your favorite milk)

Finally, it’s flavored with salt and ginger, spiced with cinnamon, and sweetened with maple syrup (or honey).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw beets, peeled & chopped
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 cup milk, of choice
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup coconut water, or plain water
  • ½ – 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup, or honey, optional

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
