Ingredients

  • 5 oz spinach
  • ½ cup cherries, pitted & chopped
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped
  • cup feta cheese
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, & chopped

Cherry Dressing

  • ½ cup cherries, pitted & chopped
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine dressing ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add salt to taste.
    ½ cup cherries,, ½ cup olive oil, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 pinch salt
  • Add salad ingredients into a large bowl. Drizzle with cherry dressing.
