Did you know that the riper the cherry, the better it is? So, cherries naturally darken while they ripen. During this time, they produce antioxidants. Also, sweet cherries are loaded with potassium.

  • 5 oz spinach
  • ½ cup cherries, pitted & chopped
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped
  • cup feta cheese
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, & chopped

Cherry Dressing

  • ½ cup cherries, pitted & chopped
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt


  • In a blender, combine dressing ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add salt to taste.
    ½ cup cherries,, ½ cup olive oil, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 pinch salt
  • Add salad ingredients into a large bowl. Drizzle with cherry dressing.
