  • 1 romaine heart sliced
    1 celery stalk chopped
    1 avocado sliced
    3 cherry tomatoes sliced into quarters
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp ghee
    2 Tbsp hot sauce or to taste
    a pinch of salt
    a pinch of black pepper
    1 chicken breast
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp cilantro or parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp dill chopped
    1 tsp chives chopped
    1 garlic minced
    1 tsp lemon juice
    3 Tbsp almond milk

  • 1 heart romaine lettuce, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced into quarters
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp ghee
  • 2 Tbsp hot sauce, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 chicken breast
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro, or parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp chives, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp almond milk

Instructions

  • Whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside. (Dairy-Free Ranch can be refrigerated for up to 4 days sealed.)
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 2 Tablespoons hot sauce, 1/2 teaspoon vinegar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Rub on both sides of the chicken.
  • Heat up 1 Tablespoon ghee and 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil in a small skillet.
  • Place in skillet and sauté for 10 minutes, flipping sides occasionally. Take out and let it cool down. Slice into thin pieces.
  • In a salad plate add romaine lettuce, celery, avocado, tomatoes, and chicken. Drizzle with ranch and enjoy!
