Simple Broccoli Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 1 pound broccoli, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- 1 medium red apple, chopped
- ½ cup blueberries
- ⅛ cup sunflower seeds
Poppy Seed Dressing:
- 1½ oz cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- Blend together yogurt poppy seed dressing ingredients. Set aside.1½ oz cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp raw honey, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
- Combine salad ingredients together.1 pound broccoli,, ¼ cup red onion,, 1 medium red apple,, ½ cup blueberries, ⅛ cup sunflower seeds
- Toss to combine dressing and salad.
