  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • 1 handful spinach leaves, fresh
  • ½ Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ¾ cup almond milk

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves, 3/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries, 1/2 teaspoon honey, 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds, and 3/4 cup milk.
  • Blend for 1 minute.
  • Time to enjoy
