- ½ Tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp honey
- ¾ cup almond milk
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves, 3/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries, 1/2 teaspoon honey, 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds, and 3/4 cup milk.
- Blend for 1 minute.
