This Beet Prune Salad with Walnuts will support the detox cycle.

Easy Beet and Prune Salad with Walnuts
Equipment
- grater
- garlic press
- salad bowl
Ingredients
- 3 mediu red beets, cooked & grated
- ⅛ cup prunes, chopped
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- dill, chopped
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- First, you would need to boil 3 medium red beets until soft, then let them cool. Peel and grate.
- Mix together grated beets, prunes, walnuts, minced garlic cloves, and dill, then combine with 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise. Enjoy!
