  • 3 mediu red beets, cooked & grated
  • cup prunes, chopped
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • dill, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise


  • First, you would need to boil 3 medium red beets until soft, then let them cool. Peel and grate.
  • Mix together grated beets, prunes, walnuts, minced garlic cloves, and dill, then combine with 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise. Enjoy!
