Simple and Easy Avocado Snack

Did you know that just one serving of avocado only has 50 calories? Of course, that’s much less than probably many of us expect. This is because of the former view of the avocado as being a high calorie food. If you are eating the whole avocado, like in this recipe, 70 percent of those calories come from monounsaturated fats. Simple and Easy Avocado Snack
Equipment
- Serving plate
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, peeled & pitted
- ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 stem parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Slice the avocado.
- Arrange on a plate.
- Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and parsley.
